Pho Foodie started as a single pot of broth and a stubborn belief that a good bowl of pho can fix most of a hard day. We opened in Bowie in 2019, added Crofton when the regulars from up Route 3 kept asking, and we still simmer every batch of broth overnight the way the family always has.
